Exchange, Return and Cancellation Policy

Exchange or return policy:

  • In cases of replacement or return, contact us.
  • The replacement period is 3 days from the date of receiving the order.
  • The return period is 3 days from the date of receiving the order.

  • Recovery:   You can contact us via WhatsApp or email within 3 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the product is in its original condition.

(The outer packaging of the product has not been opened), and the customer bears the shipping cost of (20 riyals) which will be deducted when the amount is returned.


If the customer receives an incorrect order:

  • If the store makes a mistake with a product, such as receiving a different perfume than ordered, leaking, or breaking, the customer will be compensated and their problem resolved as quickly as possible, provided that:
  1. You will be contacted via WhatsApp or email within 3 days of receiving the order.
  2. We will be provided with a video and a clear photo of the defective product to submit to the store management and approve the compensation.


The customer must return the shipment to us using a shipping policy that we will provide free of charge. After we receive the returned shipment, the correct shipment will be sent to the customer or a full refund will be issued, at the customer's option. All costs related to returning the shipment will be borne by us.


  • The store has the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount paid by the customer in the event that the perfumes are not available or in the event of a technical problem.


  • If the customer wishes to return the products for any reason (and the outer packaging of the product has been opened) , the return request will be rejected because the product was not in its original condition. Please note that this policy followed in our store is consistent with the Ministry of Commerce’s policy regarding the field of perfumes and cosmetics.

In order to ensure our customers' satisfaction and a complete shopping experience, the product return will be considered, the order will be reviewed by the relevant department, and approved, with a 25% deduction from the total order.


  • The process of returning perfumes by the shipping company takes from (3-8 days).
  • The refund process takes from (1-14 days).
